PURCHASE AGREEMENT

I _______________________________agree to purchase a labrador pup/labradoodle pup from Kathy Marshall for the sum of _______________.  I will forward a $300.00 deposit to Kathy Marshall.

All Deposits are non refundable, I will not loose my deposit, it will roll over to another pup from another litter at another time.

If a puppy is returned for any reason after delivery BBL will retain the $200.00 deposit.

Balance of pup to be paid at time pup is 6 weeks of age.
